I can't seem to find any info on break-in for the outrage packs. Does anybody know their recommended procedure or are they like the air thunders which need no break-in.
Thanks
I don't see any documentation on their site, so to be safe I would go easy on them for a few cycles. Better to do that then risk loosing your packs.

Thats what I was going to do anyway. Their site is pretty lacking when it comes to information. Not too good for customer service.

They break in just like any other Lipo.

Steven flew them hard right out of the gate, the first 3 or 4 recharges were at 1C and then 2C after that, we have 3 packs with 15 flights on each.

Greg
that is awesome that you are tracking the progress of your product through these forums. that gives me alot of confidence in outrage. that being said I will order 2 6S 5000 mah batteries this week for my 600E and put them through their paces. word of mouth is a great way to gain respect as far as company reputation and I have 3 guys that are currently flying your packs, but as any new company I'm always a little hesitant and sit back and watch before I jump in knee deep. After your last post though I'm going to have break my rutine a little early so I'm buying in on it. thanks.:cheers

Tick! Thanks for the kind words...we try very hard to make customer service and the ability for a customer to get a hold of someone with in the company as painless as possible...
Let us know how you like the packs...and of course any concerns, comments or enthusiastic exclamations good or bad (of course we like the good ones! LOL) are always accepted! :D

I know that the prototype 6S 1300 packs that Charley had all the G5 testing done for months prior to release had between 75-100 cycles on 7 or 8 packs with 7-8 minutes of hard 3D for all of those cycles and they are still going strong today, Steven flew one untill the head speed finally dropped off, the 1300 we put 1350 back in it and he went right back out and flew it hard with no loss,
