This is from V-stabi WIKI
Basic settings
Aus VStabi

[B]Step 5: General
In the "Overview (http://vstabi.de/wiki/index.php?title=Menu_overview)" menu click once "Factory Reset" to set all parameters to their default values. This setup is already the best starting point for all types of helicopters.
[B]Step 6: Servo types
In the "Overview (http://vstabi.de/wiki/index.php?title=Menu_overview)" menu select your servo types for the swashplate and the rudder. In case you are using digital servos please decide whether you want to run the servos at a frame rate of 7ms or 12ms. Other settings depend on that setting. That's why you should not change the frame rate later on. You can run almost all digital servos at 7ms, the servos react a bit faster on input. If you experience a strange behavior of the servos switch over to 12ms. 12ms are always a save choice and are sufficient for most applications.
Please note: A frame rate of 7ms does not support 4 swashplate servos

I've been told to just choose digital servos and all should be fine.
Hope this helps.

Angelos (http://www.helifreak.com/member.php?u=2184) of Spartan RC (http://www.spartan-rc.com/) claims in Spartan RC's FAQ question 1 (http://www.spartan-rc.com/support.php?faq=0) that all Futaba digitals can cope with even 333 Hz frame rate (the last paragraph of the answer) which is only 3 ms. All Futaba digitals, not only tail servos. So the 7 ms that the V Bar suggests for digital servos should be well within the S9451's capabilities.

As I reread your question I see that you mention the voltage you will run your setup on. Therefore I think it deserves to mention that the servo frame rate is independent of the voltage. (The same goes for the pulse width for that matter.)

Thanks , will change to 7ms setting.
I looked over all the specs and the pulse isn't something that is covered.
