Bergen responsible for unfinished home projects

On late Monday afternoon after I got home from work, I sent Bergen a couple of clutches to press in new shafts, a clutch shaft bearing block to have new bearings pressed in and ordered a couple of other parts. The repaired parts and my order arrived today beforel noon. That's about 66hours from the time I sent them until they arrived back at my house. With this type of service, how the hell am I supposed to finish any of the other projects around my house? Needless to say, my wife is not happy at all. I hold Chris/Larry and company responsible for the baseboard in my family room not getting completed.

I'm convinced they do it on purpose. It's almost as if their only goal is to keep you flying their helis...;)
You should have seen how fast they got my crank straightened so I could go to my first IRCHA Jamboree! Awesome!

that was fast for a parts order, never mind that the order included actual work on parts. Thanks Bergen, impressive.
