Hi all

I have a very strange problem with my new Hyperion DUO charger.

Channel 1 charges my 3300 mAh 6s perfectly, and after the charge is complete, all cells are exactly 4.2 volts.

Channel 1 - on the other hand - only charges my packs to 4.1 volt pr. cell, and subsequently I am able to charge them another 400 mAh on my Hyperion 0606i AC/DC charger.
(I have not yet tried to move the batteries from channel 2 to channel 1, to do the "recharge)

To the best of my knowledge, I have set up channel 1 and 2 with the same settings.

Any suggestions?

T.i.a.

Peter

are you sure you have the battery type set to lipo (3.7v/ per cell) and not liIon (3.6v/ per cell)
you need to set this on each channel

No, now that you ask, I can not say with absolute certainty that channel 2 is set correct.

Good point!

Once I get to the field, I will check and report back.

Thanks a million

Peter

Also did you update to the latest firmware for the charger? I know some old bugs were fixed and some new programming was added.

No I have not. Thanks for the advice/link.

The initial problem was most likely a user error on my behalf. I have not been able to recreate the problem since.
