9303 with no sxs

Ok, so I'm looking to buy a 9303 and I'm seeing some radios for sale that say "no sxs mode 2)

Can't quite figure it out, anyone?

Mode 2 (cyclic on right) and no servos... ;)

Yes. The servos they ship with the radio are not really usable in helis. They are OK plank servos though.
