I just put on a new Mavrikk head on my Titan.

After aligning the phasing ring and setting the collective values. I noticed a problem. When I move the collective up and down some movement is translated into the inner swashplate. It moves clockwise as I add collective. It seems that the pins coming from the head are unbent... I don't know what else could cause this.

Everything else on my head is plastic. This movement does not seem to translate into any flybar or collective movement. So I wonder if it will really matter?

The washout rides on the pins through out the entire collective movement? This is the only thing I can think of is that the washout is upside down and with the swash is at the bottom, there is nothing holding the swash. While typing this I thought, you should check your links form the washout to the swash, is there any play? Is there any play in your washout?

P.S. I have two helis using the mavrik head and no problems here

My washout rides the entire length of the pins. I also do not notice any slop in the washout arms or linkages.

Where I notice the movement is the linkage from the mixing lever down to the swashplate. As I add collective the swash rotates about 1mm before the entire unit moves upward. And then the reverse coming back down.

I can hold the main blades, then grabing the linkage rod from the mixing levers near the swash and move it a good 4mm. Is this normal? Is my swash going bad?
