AFAIK the only real big difference is the throttle trim. X9303 has analog trim to easily shut down the engine. This also makes it harder to swap from Mode 1 to Mode 2 or vice versa.

I knew about the trim, also JR claims that DSX9 is completely interchangable between modes 1-4, anything else?
