Futaba BLS 451 Servo

Hi Everyone,
I have Just puchased 3 futaba BLS 451 They seem fast and have lots of torque.
Woult hat be a fair choice for T-Rex 600n for cyclic?
I would appreciate some feed back.

That's what I fly in my 600 at 6.0V and my Synergy, great servo!

SOOO finally installed the fut.bls 451s :).
All seems to work fine but it sure drains the battery pretty fast...:roll:
I will se what happens

yeah they do pull some juice, they actually pull less ( measuring voltage after the flight) than my DS821's, smooth and precise aint they

Any of you guys rate these over 8717's?

8717's are faster at 4.8 volts, thats about it maybe a little more torque.

Actually, having read about them they seem fine servos the JR8717s very high end and well made servos.I have been a bit concerned about the current drain of these servos...but...if all goes well ...by christmass I will have proceeded for the Trex 600E...and that would make a great combination I think...cause I have tremendous respect for electric helicopters in the simplicity and cleanliness that goes with them.

8717's are excellent servos, just power hungry.
