I was hoping to make a list of possible tail upgrades available for the Logo 600. It's an awesome heli but I feel the weakest part is the tail assembly. I'm currently using the 600 for aerial photography and video and have noticed a pulsing vibe which I now firmly believe is coming from the tail assembly.

I know some of you have already installed additional ball bearing idlers, which I think is a fantastic idea and something I still have to try but I'm also interested in other options to help make the tail assembly more solid.

Are there any aftermarket products or has anyone tried installing a tails from a different heli?

Nope, i love the tail on it, if its pulsing there must be a problem. This tail is so crisp even on a 401

That's exactly what I thought... until I threw on a video camera.

Hey

You may have bend your tail hub, can happen even on the way to the field when you hit a door or a bottle of coke. Just something to check

Part #04175 is the latest tail upgrade, something I made up to prevent the belt from skipping on reversals

Very nice Danny! I assume the new location of the tensioner helps lock the belt between the flanges of the pulley.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong locations but I can't seem to find any international suppliers.

Looks good but the mod seems a bit overkill? Do you remove the previous tensioner?

not overkill if you are a mental switch piro 3D genius :D

for normaltons like most of us, i don't think its needed
