*EDIT*
Title should read K&B Tail blades.

Whats the verdict on these blades? Do any of you guys run them on the Logo 5003D? I ran a set today for the first time and they held the tail great. I had to turn my 401 gyro down some to stop the tail from wagging but the tail was rock solid. I was very impressed that plastic blades would work so well.

Ohh and by the way for anyone that is hesitant to buy a Mikado because of the higher crash costs and price....they fly so good its worth it ;)

I love mine more and more each time I fly it.

I use a set on one of my 500's. The other 500 has Radix 95's. I like 'em. Also, I've seen a number of "very good" to "world class" pilots at some of the events I've been to this year using them.

I know the thought of "plastic" blades in this carbon fiber world can be offensive, but the proof is in how they perform.

Take care, Dave.

I have them on both my Logos. The 85mm ones on the 500 are great, and for some reason the piro rate is insane on my 500 even though it's only got a GY401 on it. I haven't upped the ATV's, either. I'm waiting for some of the new 92mm ones to arrive for my 600 - the 85's hold fine, but they're just not as authorative as I want it to be.

Hi All,

I use them on my Logo 500 3D.

I was using RotorTech CF 85s, but hit a pebble and shattered the $30 blades.

Now I use the $7.99 85 mm K&B blades. For me, they perform as well and look better because the fluorescent orange matches my canopy. Another nice feature about them is that they pivot fully, unlike the stock plastic blades which hit the inside of the grips.

The only downside to them is that they have a bit of a zippy sound to them. I liked the sound of my RotorTechs better, but they're not worth 4 times the price.

Keep 'em flying.:YeaBaby:
