My OS 50 drips a little too, at least until the engine gets up to operating temperature, and even then I get a tiny bit just from oil in the smoke. How much dripping are we talking about? It may just be that you're running a little rich.
BTW, you wouldn't happen to be going by another handle over on RC Groups, would you?

I thought so. I think you'll have better success here than at RC Groups. I'm just sorry I can't be of any more assistance. I've only been flying nitro helis since late February and only have experience with the OS 50.

What both of you have is a worn piston ring and or a cracked ring. Look through the exhaust port and I bet you see a ting bit of scoring on the piston and/or liner. You may have to take the engine out to inspect it more, but I bet you have a ring problem.
The engine will still run fine like this. For a while. It is down on power some and will get worse.

Fuel coming out of the pipe is normal. I have an OS 50 and even when I run lean I get some fuel dripping out of the pipe. Unless you are getting a lot of fuel don't worry about it. Just make sure you are not running too rich which could cause your engine to bog.
