Hi,
I want to buy a logo 500, but haven't still decided which motor to buy.

I love the H-serie Neu motors, they run cool and have lot of power. Which one is best for hard 3D on 6S 5000 packs ? 1910H/1Y ? Either, i've seen the Hacker A-40-10L ET is available.
I will run a CC 85HV controller and 6S 5000 TPV2 packs

For blades, the logo seems to accept 500 .. 560 mm blades. Which one are betters ? Which brand ?

Thanks again,

Nicolas

I don't know about the Neu motors, but if you're looking after some serious power, you should try the Plettenberg Orbit 25-08HE 1210kV.

The RotorTech 560's is probably the best blades you can get for the 500.

It will be V-bar.

On my Trex 600E, blades affect a lot the flight. Rotortechs are good for vbar ?

thx,

Nicolas

If you're doing a 500 3D V-Bar, the RotorTech 550mm is the recommended blades.

I have been running RotorTech 550's on my 500 V-Bar with great success. I'd recommend them.

I can't give a comparison here, as I've not tried the Neu motors. But I have have flown the Hacker A40-10L-8 ET with the TP 6S 5000 V2 battery in my 500 V-Bar, and wasn't disappointed. As a reference I am used to the power available with a 10S powered Logo 600 V-Bar, and all I can say about the new Hacker A40 is that it runs strong and runs cool. I liked it best on a 15 tooth pinion (tried 14, 15 and 16T) @ 2300 head speed with the 550 RotorTech's. Really great performing combo.

Take care, Dave Dahl.

ok, so the A_40 seems to be a pretty good motor.

Do you know which NEU suits best the 500 ?

thx,

Nicolas
