I'm flying stock gear with Z30A 1110kv, I found that the 19T OWB always misfunction after each flight, the OWB was stuck with the One Way Gear Shaft
Even I have changed to Germany OWB, but the problem still come after each flight
Does 20T OWB gear could solve the problem? cause I think the OWB could not withstand the high speed during autorotation

The earlier 19t OWB were known to have problems with splitting. You sound like you have a different problem. What is doing after autorotation...not engaging?

Some people soak theirs in transmission fluid to lubricate..... I have my 20t not grab a few times but it usually works fine. I also autorotate and have not had any problems.

Most people are just switching to the 20t to ensure they don't have the slipping, splitting problems.

change to the 20T OWB and at least don't worry about it splitting and failing in flight.

You could try changing the shaft and not just the OWB.

The problem is that the OWB could not rotate after each flight, that means no OWB function, and the motor rotates together with the gear
My hurry just arrive around 3 weeks, i believe it should be the new version OWB

and when i hold the motor, and push the blade forward, the OWB seem to be released (not stuck to the OWB shaft), the OWB will then rotate smoothly

Sounds like it's just "sticking" in the locked position.....i would try a little lubrication....all ittheOWb is are rlloers in a plastic cage that forces the rollers against the shaft in one direction and allows them to release in the other direction......ty the lubrication first....and see what happens.

Yuktong,

I have had similar problems before with OWB's - I managed to solve the problem short-term by holding the main gear and twisting the head clock-wise - the way in which it would normally free-wheel.

Personally I would replace the OWB with the 20T as everyone suggests ASAP anyway.

Cheers,
Mike.
