Hey all-- asking advise on my checklist before charging these boogers for the first time.

I have a few new Outrage XP25 / 25C 6S1P-2500mAh batteries, charging one at a time for now.

Is this setting I chose correct?

Batt Type: Lipo
Batt Volts: 22.2v pack (6s)
Batt Capacity: 2500 mAh
CHG Current: 2.5A
Temp Cut-off: 50c
Safety Timer: 120 min
TCS Capacity: 100% (sound)

I haven't done the firmware update yet, awaiting the cables..

Thanks for your time guys..
Dan

Those settings are good for charging at 1C or one hour. If you want to charge at 2C (30 minutes), bump your charge current to 5.0A.

Enjoy, it's a great charger!

Yeah I was wondering about that 1C 2C thing, wasn't very clear in the charger's manual other than to not exceed 2C..
Mahalo!

I would charge em at 1c for a break in, then after ~5-6 cycles, start charging at 2c

oh yeah , fly em gently for the first few cycles too, you will notice the balance better, and deliver more consistent power, then they are broken in, then you can charge em at 2c, and spank em when you fly em.

Man I have heard awsome things about those outrage packs. Some have told me this is a true 25C lipo pack, others are posers.
