Rotor blade tension adjustment

My Belt CP is my first one with a belt driven tail rotor, my question is what is the correct way to set the tightness for the blades in the clamps. Is the tightness check the same way you check and tension the main rotor blades? hold horizontal and using a slight shake both blades should fall to a V porportionally?

Main blades should be just tight enough that they don't drop when held horizontally.

Tail blades should be "floppy".
