Attached is not the actual picture, but shows the issue. There’s a bland horizontal line going across the screen. Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

Yeah, I'm not sure whats going on, while attempting to up load the pic again, I keep getting the following.

DX7 Display.jpg:
You have already attached this file in thread : DX7 Display Gone Bad? (http://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=82409)

Its basically a horizontal line " size of a ball point pen tip" going across the screen which hides the text.

Ok, chaged the formatting of the picture and tricked the system.

Remember the old black and white Gameboy’s? They used to get the same dot matrix display problem and as they got banged about their screens would develop blank lines. The very tiny connectors that light up a row of pixels has died. I'm pretty sure there is no way to fix this other than replacing the screen. Check with Spektrum for repair/replacement. Good luck!

I already sent a email to
productsupport@horizonhobby.com;
service@horizonhobby.com
techsupport@horizonhobby.com

No word back yet, but its only been a couple days so far.

Maybe I'll have to call in, if I don't get any follow ups.

Thanks

Wow, and here I thought I was the only one. I sent mine into Horizon, they said it usually takes around 7 - 10 days turnaround time.

I just wanted to give an update on this issue. Just received it back from Horizon, and its fixed and I also requested the new and improved charger an they sent it as well.
