Is this a good Deal?

I was thinking about buying a new DX7 when recently the some guy at the LHS started to sell his DX7 Used. Apparently its 2 months old, It's got 3 receivers, one AR7000, one AR6200, and one AR6100. Upgraded ball bearings for the gimbals and dimension engineering Voltage Regulator. The only thing I don't like about it is that with the voltage regulator I am guessing the warranty is voided so I don't have a warranty on it, but he only wants 275 for it. Is this a good deal and is the warranty still there?

IMHO I would say yes, it's a good deal. A used radio wouldn't give you a warranty anyway, whether it's 2 months old or 2 days old. The warranty applies to the original owner, not any subsequent owners.
From what I see you are getting, that is definitely a good deal!
The receivers alone are probably in the $200 range, for all three.
