While investigating the cause of a sudden flameout of a TT50 in a newish Raptor 50v2, I noticed a great deal of redundant molding flash on the inside of the header tank where fuel enters the tank. This flash turned the opening into a long, narrow labyrinth, and some work with a small screwdriver converted it into a normal, short, wide-open passage. I doubt that this is actually the cause of my particular problem, but it's easy to imagine this defect causing all sorts of weirdness.
