Has anyone tried to fit one of their 6S 5000mAh packs in the Logo 500/600 frame? The width of 45mm looks fine, but the height of 57mm looks to be a bit tight.

I hope they put out some 10S ~5000mAh packs that fit. My Logos are calling...

I think you will find they are like the taller FP EVO batts and will have to sit just forward of the pinion.
The do make 10S 3700MAH

And apparently now 4200mAh (http://www.helidirect.com/product_info.php?cPath=31_410&products_id=7636) just as of today. Closer and closer, and I'm liking the price...

That's a great price for sure!! $395 for a 10s 4200 25C pack. It's on my gotta have list.

I am looking at the new 10s1p 25C 4200mah packs for my new Logo 600 V-Bar.

I have sent an email to helidirect to see if they are going to make them as 5s1p so I can use my 3 hyperion Duo's to charge.

I have 6s batteries in my Trex500 and they actually increased my HS by about 300rpm over my Flightpower and Polyquest batteries. They also come down only just warm too.

One of our top pilots has been using the 10s 25C 3700mah in his Logo and has noted a increase of HS and has had to drop the % of his Jazz gov down, since going from Flighpower to Outrage's.

What sort of balance tap system do the Xp's have ? I'm currently using Poyquest with two 5s taps, one on each end of the pack, and I connect them to two LBA10's and a 1210i .
What would I need to charge a 10s XP stick ?

The adapter is for the Align style taps. "JST" is it called?

Would the 6s 4200mah be a good battery for a 500 3d running 560mm blades? I'm not a hard 3d type. I'm not fond of paying $35 per gal for fuel or more, and I had someone make me an offer on my Vibe50! This may be the excuse I've been looking for to come to the Mikado side!

That capacity would be just enough providing its a good C rating.

Hulley that would be fine, just time your flights accordingly of course.
