Just thought I'd put up a thread so people can post their favourite heli videos that tey often watch to either learn from or just to inspire you to do better.

Great video.
He really pushed it to the limit - especially in the very beginning, when the skids were submerged. :)

There are tons and tons of super excellent pilots doing crazy crap like this but its just that they are considered "nobodies" or "unknowns" because they are not in the media limelight like the Jasons and Youngbloods.... MOst are probably a hell of a lot better as well..

Give this guy much respect thats for sure... new video to show people other than the Jason videos :)

Some of the people these young people are awesome, Alon Barak (7 years old) came second in the expert class at the 3D masters this year and halfway through his freestyle run was controlling his heli with the TX behind his back!!!!!

I agree there DW, the Aurora is an AWESOME heli, it costs a fortune but i would get one if parts were easily available here and i could afford them. Although, the new trex 700 is supposed to be very very close in flight, and finless even says theyre pretty much just as good as each other :) I do love the look of the aurora though, and the synergy, they just look mean!
And the 700 is so cheap compared to them both.

the Aurora just is one sleek machine i mean look at the front front.

The other reason i like it over the trex is the head mechanics (very simular to the Esmart) which i love even more than the Trex style setup.

700 to me just looks like another trex and is big and bulky (frame wise)

If i dont get one of these (only reason would be because Nitro would be hard to come by here locally) would be a Preditor Gasser. Talk about long flight times... for sure a FPV system would go in that one. :)
