Does it come with TX, RX or batteries? I'm not looking for another bird, but this seems to be a helluva deal

PNP = no rx no batt.

Is everything in working order?

Yes everything is in 100% working order. Setup correctly, full -10/+10 in idle up.

It has a new stock gyro and new stock servos. Align ESC is cool to the touch after 6 min flights.
