T-Rex CNC Tail ?

How do you get the shaft out of the bearing on the back plate have the tail tore down to where just the back plate or back bearing is on the shaft cannot seem to get it out any help would be greatly appreciated have a great day Rick

I got it out used a center punch and gave it a good tap. Got the new shaft a bearings in put the helicopter on my tail jig and got it holding like a rock have a great day Rick
