os 91 sz hyper set up questions

will i am going with a os 91 conbined with a hatori sb18fh. After getting the engine and opening the package i found two extra head gasket a 0.2 and a 0.1. What are these extra gaskets for and do i use them?
My second question is on fuel plumbing, the manual has to ways of doing it. One using the pipe pressure and the other not using pressure . Whats the diff between these two set ups, whats gives the most power?

the gaskets are for shimming for higher nitro content. I think alot of people used to shim the head up a bit, but I'm not sure how much. I guess it would smooth the motor a bit on 30% nitro.

Use the pipe pressure unless you're going to do a cline mod

dont change the head shim, leave the stock one alone. that engine runs best on 30%. use the pipe preassure set up, the engine will run too lean without it. only change shim to use lower nitro %.
