Tempest FAI with Extreme tail

Hello guys,

i have a complete Fury extreme tail assembly, and need to install it on a Tempest FAI.

the problem is that the FAI has a right side tail rotor, and the Extreme box is left side (the box can be flipped) - but what do i do about the tail slider ?

any ideas ? is there a way to install the tail servo on the LEFT in the FAI frames ?

I have Tempest 3D frames with the tail rotor servo on the right side. I changed the Pem nuts to put the tail on the right side. All the pem nuts have to be reversed on both frame halves.

You can change the tail box to a right side tail. You will need the CNC slider to use on the right side. I know of no way for the left side pitch slider on the extreme to work on a right side tail without being on top of the box.

You can put the tail servo on the left side in Tempest FAI frames. You will have to take the frames off the model and swap all the Pem nuts around.

Use a boom mounted servo .. can go either side then.....
