All I need to do is balance a set of main blades and set the final trims and it'll be RTF.

Servo wires & esc shortened (I couldn't bring myself to cut the gyro wires.) A few little mods here and there, but she's pretty well dialed now.

LMK if you like

Nope, no flight yet. Had to let the loctite setup and still need to balance a set of main blades as well as final trims - I couldn't do that because the one blade grip was so bad there was no way I'd get good readings. I'll probably fly it today.

MonsterMaxx, d oyou know which tail pitch slider that is? Is it the Gaui upgrade Ali one or something else?

My EP 200 SD came with the same metal pitch slider, so I would assume it is not an after-market upgrade. This one does have the newer output shaft for the T/R. Mine still had the older version, while the replacements I ordered are like on the ones on this heli.

It came on the heli. Looks like the 'cnc' version shown on readyheli's site.
