I'd like to know your OS91 needle settings. I know what the factory settings are, but mine are much leaner. So I want to know if I'm wrong or if this is normal.

Needle settings will vary from place to place. Also from different fuels. The same exact engine in the same exact model, using the same exact fuel the needles will be different between the two, At least that is my experience from having 3 models with the exact same setup in all of them. They were as close to identical as they could get. But yet the engines would be set different and run different in each one of them.
If the engine is not running hot and has smooth throttle response and runs smooth at all throttle settings. I would not worry about the needle settings compared to the instruction manual. Most engine manufactuers will have needle settings in the instructions that are to the rich side. That is a CYA thing so they don't have customers burning up engines.
