So I just got my T-Rex 450SA the other day, and I'm almost complete setting it up, and am about ready to start working through Radd's flight school. My problem is finding a good location to work through the lessons at. It sounds like he wants us to do the lessons inside, but that's not really an option for me, as the only indoor space I've got is my carpeted basement, so the scooting would be a challenge without the skids grabbing onto the floor. Other than that, I've got my asphalt driveway, or a couple of local tennis courts. I was mainly concerned about wind at the outdoor locations. Should I make a point of finding a better indoor place to learn at, or will I be okay outdoors (as long as it isn't more than a little breezy)? Thanks.

I started by putting a piece of plywood down in my front yard. You don't need alot of space at the beginning of RADD's.

Just a tip if you're going to follow Radd's program: take the rubber bumper rings off your landing gear if you haven't already. They can cause a lot of headaches in the beginning.
