Flying heli in Honolulu

Hi,

I am a newbie, and visists Honolulu often since my kid
studies there.

Reading thro' this Newbies section, I note that there are
quite a few of you who fly heli's there.

I am just wandering if anyone can tell me which park/place
you guys in Honolulu would oftern fly, the location, pls ?

I see there's a Helfreak Locator with a map but it's hardly precise.

I hope I am not too troublesome/or asking for too much, and thanks.

hey there im from the big island of hawaii but thats the wrong island so just look for the guys on the map and make friends with them and talk to them about where they fly all those guys are cool so no worry brah:thumbup:

There are parks all over that are good for flying. I myself am a noob. I fly on the AF base I am stationed at. There is a good park near Halawa and the school there. There is also an actual rc flying field over by Kailua on the windward side. Those are the main areas I fly.

PM Bullaculla here on the Freak. They fly at a field over the Pali on the windward side. Not hard to find.

I get out there every so often also, as my mother is from there. I got together with them last time I was out there.
