How much ele swash mix do I need

I want to start doing basic flips and rolls. I normally only fly sport flying. I can fff, figure 8, hover in all upright directions.

How much swash mix do I need to start learning to do flips, with the gaui 200.

Currently I am at ele 48%, ale 48%, pitch 55%, and my idle 1 pitch is -7 to +12, and idle 2 pitch is -12 to +12.

Any advice would be great.

what you have should be fine, you can check exactly by using your pitch gauge on one of the blades, then you set your swash to zero pitch and you move your elevator or aileron and see what your pitch gauge reads at full deflection holding the flybar stable. I believe you have the blades to the side of the heli to test aileron and going back and forth on the heli to test elevator but I'm sorry I don't have the exact instructions off hand. You probably have much more elevator and aileron than you really need, only need about +6 -6
