Problem with Thnder Power TP-610C

I keep getting 2 errors when I connect this battery: http://www.commonsenserc.com/product_info.php?cPath=37_25&products_id=39


During the initial balancer checking I keep getting 2 errors " No Balancer Connected" and "please Check cell count" I know the batteries a 3 cell and I def have the balancer connected too.


An Ideas?

I just saw on Common Sense's website that some of their lipo's have the balancing plugs wired backwards. I'm not at home now, so I can't look at how my packs are wired, but you might check how your packs have their balancing plugs wired. Compare them with packs that charge properly. If the balancing plugs are wired backwards, you can carefully pull the pins out of the plug and switch their order around. Be careful not to short anything out. Or you can get Common Sense's reversing adapters that allow their packs to be used with other chargers.

If your balancing plugs are wired the same as other packs, then I'm sorry I don't know what's wrong with your setup.
