Has any one had challenges installing the "engine fan mount" due to the size of the engine shaft being larger than the hole in the engine fan mount?
Thanks

I don't have the YS 91SR, instead I have a OS 91SZ. I noticed that the engine fan hub was a very tight fit onto the motor shaft. I had to use the nut to drive it down. I know its going to be a pain whenever I have to remove it.
Anyone else have the same issue?
Thanks.

Maybe i missed something here ??
Ok it was tight but it fits without any mods. I put it over as good as possible and then used the nut to pull it down .. not sure if i can ever get it of but it's on now.

I had the same problem..... I broke my concentracion and put the hub on without the fan so I needed to get it off........
All I used was a vice with two pieces of wood under the tabs for the fan screws, Then I just started to gently tap on end of the prop shaft while supporting the motor....

Same with mine on an OS91, had to tighten it down with the nut. But this is one place you don't want any slop!
As to getting it off use a fan puller or bearing puller!
e.g. http://www.justoffbase.co.uk/Micro-Puller-Fast-Fit-19-45mm-73mm-Reach-Sealey-PS995?sc=9
or fashion one such as this http://www.bergenrc.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=185&sid=4eca302585cdbbe2c14bd5de8421b0f2
