Tail Rotor Rotation Question

Hey All, I've noticed alot in the show you mini thread that alot of peoples tail rotors are spinning counter clockwise. Is there a reason for this? The instruction manual shows setup for a clockwise rotation. Should i be switching mine around?

Interesting.... my manual shows the tail blades spinning CCW when viewed from the right side of the heli. In other words the tail blades spin up into the down wash of the main blades.

counter clockwise for sure on the tail, looking at the blades on the right side of the aircraft. clockwise for the mains

Tail rotors must spin to the rear of the heli
