Hello guys.

i read many pages but i didnt find somethink so here i go..

the throtle arm on my engine stop on the frame..

the close photo i attach i fount it in here and i repost.

the secont photo you see mark with red is my geometry i try to pull out.

you see 66% stick and 50% open carb.

angles are 90 degrees

but when i try come to full close throtle the throtle arm stops by the frame

do you know if Thunder Tiger makes a taller throtle arm to overcome this?

thank you all guys in advance!

Step by step.
- set endpoint throttle 100-100
- set throttle curve to linear -100 +100
- check direction of servo if reverse, please adjust in reverse.
- move throttle stick to center.
- move throttle trim to center.
- check arm throttle servo if not 90 degrees you should remove and turn to nearly 90degrees
- fine tuning arm servo center by use Subtrim function to 90 degrees
- check arm caburator to 90 degrees if not, turn by Hex block.
- when both arm are 90 degrees in center , insert link and adjust length of link to match.
- move stick to maximum and set endpoint while caburator is maximum.
- move stick to idle and set endpoint while carburator to 1 m.m. from close.
- done.

What's the Hex block?

I mean #8 hex tool.

Ah ok....thanks.

Your step by step instructions worked great. I got my throttle linkage all tuned up now. I didn't need to adjust the throttle arm, so the hex tool was not needed.

Thanks again,
