Gyro G500T and nes810G servo ??

Guys can you please let me know

what i should select High or Low Frame Rate for the

jr810g servo to work on the 500t gyro?

The high frame rate is typically for digital servos but, according to the manual you should use the low rate for servos slower then .15 and the 810 is .10 so high might work. might also burn it out faster.
