Has anyone done this yet?
At first glance it looks as if you would disconnect/modify/truncate the rear fore/aft cyclic A-Frame arm and use the existing fore/aft cyclic servo in its current position driving the Zero ball on the swash.
Then use the pair of bosses on each side of the upper frame to mount the other 120 and 240 point servos horizontally. Servo output shafts would be to the rear of the frame between the bosses.
You could leave most of the pitch push rod in place as it would still be needed to keep the mixer in line with the head.
What am I forgetting here?
