has some descriptions of moves, as do a couple other sites. I was wondering if anyone has seen something (possibly instructional) that shows a move and gives it's name.

Hi the best thing I have found is the G3 Great Planes Sim I bought to practice on, it has the names of the 3D manouveres and step by step instructions with audio and video from Pro flyers to assist us with learning.
This Sim is worth every cent and my sons and I enjoy practising our manouveres and learning some new ones the cheap way, great fun on a rainy day to when it is to wet to fly the Heli.
I would imagine that if someone named the manouveres during an Allan Szabo Jr exhibition of 3d on a video screen that he wolud be about three manouveres ahead of us trying to read the captions anyway, try the sim they are great.
cheers

In addition to the G3 sim tutorials, the Allan Szabo Jr :noteworthy Ultimate Heli 3D DVD has quite a few tutorials on a number of maneuvers as well. That's a great DVD by the way. My t-rex's have suffered considerably since I got that DVD.
