Dang I wish I owned phoenix... I used to play tons of online Quake3... and now with my heli addiction it would be SO fun.

How GOOD is Phoenix? How accurate is the Blade 400 modeling? (wheels are ticking in my head)

I downloaded the Phoenix demo... OMG.. I was stunned to see the ALL it did was play 3 videos. Can't I even TRY IT? That's what a demo it for! I am so mad I will be boycotting Phoenix unless I hear it is the BEST sim out there for heli's.. dammit i can't believe that... I could so much easier just view some Phoenix vids on YouTube. :( :( :(

Hi Slyster,
Problem is that the program needs the tx/usb dongle to work, which is why you can't fly the demo.
No need to boycott however as IMHO it is the best heli sim for the the price, if not any price.
The Blade is modelled pretty much spot on and you can modify the parameters of each model in program. Once you buy the program everything else is free downloads. Updates, models and sceneries etc.
I have RF G4, have tried Reflex and Clearview but I just prefer Phoenix. Online it's great. Ask Helimix.

Dave.

+1+1+1+1+1 LOL

I've had FSOne, Reflex, G4, and now Phoenix

Phoenix wins hands down IMO
