vibration on horizontal fin

Hi Folks
Just changed out the Pinion. Went from a 16 to a 17.
Have major vibes in the fin on the left side looking at it from the rear. Also the gyro is wagging a bit in flips . What would cause the sudden change in attitude?
Would changing the pinion to a 17 affect the duration of a flight?

Flight times may be less, also with headspeed higher the gyro gain may need to be stepped down. As for the vibe i'm not sure

Well something worked.
I changed out the entire rear end. New flange bearings , tail rotor shaft and hub .
Took it ouside for a test and it worked. Thanks for the advice.
