The little knob in that tail box (EK1-0528) just kept falling off and force me to change a new one. No crash caused it, happen after every 8-10 Lipo packs. Any suggestion?

The one that helps hold it to the tail boom?

Maybe for now you can use somekind of glue or threadlock to secure it - then you can get back in the air and start saving for an Alu. upgrade! A friend told me to do it with the CNC upgrade as it doesn't have a button on it!
As to what caused it, I suspect it could just be the stress on the tail - do you mean you had exactly the same problem before?

Same problem for the couple of times. I too think that the only way is to go for Alum upgrade

Yea they seem to break easy. All you need to do is pre-drill a hole and put a small screw through the tail box into the boom. Works great, just make sure the screw is not interfering with the drive belt. I usually use a spare screw from a servo or something like that.

Good one Tom  I didn't mention that as I didn't think you could get a screw short enough, but as they say - if it works it works!
Was thinkin if you superglued it you may need a new boom when it comes to replace the box, so try find a nice short screw or/and med-strength threadlock.
I was looking through my manual today and took a quick look at the pictures of the plastic 'belt' tail box and the 'trex' equivelant and (no surprises), the esky tail button does look smaller, so is probably weaker. What I can't figure is why isn't everyone sayin....my plastic tail did this too?
Kianhon, just wondering...did you have the belt too tight and the screws holdin it together properly tightened? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause it to wear out so quick!
I've had my belt 2 months and only crashed 5 times!!! I appreciate how frustrating it can be so hope you get it sorted (or upgraded).

My plastic tail did this too, on more than one occasion. One wrap of industrial double sided sticky tape works a treat. Just got a copterx tail though so it wont be an issue again. Haven't flown, just indoor test hovers, so can't tell you what it is like yet, but it looks and feels the business.

Though of the drilling too, but I don't have a drill & I don't think I'm gonna get one just for the tail box. I will try the double sided tape in the mean time. I alwiz screw tight on everything, but they just wear out too fast.

I borrowed a drill from my friend and put two hole at it, but now I got a new problem. The little screw that I put on it is slowly eating away the tail boom. My belt tention is ok where I can poke it all the way almost to the other side. Ican't bliv I'm the only one having this problem.
