Is anyone else having trouble with the washout lever arms popping off of the swash. It has just happened for the second time for me which caused my anti-rotation bracket to snap off for the second time. I had even gotten some new plastic ends which were still pretty loose, and true to form they popped off again.

I was thinking of trying to fit the align plastic arms on because they seem to fit a bit better but I think I came up with a decent fix. I pulled off the link ball on the swash plate and put the plastic end on the ball backwards, so the small side of the link is on the inside, then screwed the ball back on the swash.

I don't see too much of an issue with this fix but if some one else does please let me know, or if some one has figured out another solution.

Try changing out the ball on the swash......if you have the aluminum balls, they seem to wear out and get loose... ...replace them with a set of Stainless steel balls..and see if that helps....

Those link ends are still loose on new balls. Next time I make an order I will get some steal balls but I think they will still be loose. (probably crash more with balls of steal though) Was going to try the plastic Align links but it will take some modding since the bushing on the connection is only half the width.
In the mean time flipping the link end on the ball will keep if from popping off, but there is still a bit of slop.
