Hey guys!
I am about to buy new blades but my retailer is out of stock on the 315 align woodies.
Can I go for the 325 ones without any problems, I have a stock plastic belt (w. a few mods described in my signature).
Are there any benifits with the 325's - more/less stable more lift etc?
(also is it instead better to buy the fiber align blades, not carbons but fiber, the blue ones? if they are 315...)

325s should be fine on the belt - maybe a slightly increased risk of boom strikes on really rough landings, but by the time that would make a difference you're already likely to break a lot of stuff anyway. You do get a little more lift and stability, but it's not a big difference.
I mostly fly 325s now - just a matter of preference, really. Both fibers and carbons are really nice, but you don't really need them unless you do stuff that really stresses the blades. They do also stand up to light crashes better - I think I've thumped my carbons on grass at least three times, and there's still no damage at all. I guess the fibers won't be far behind on durability.

Can second the durability factor, my friend over the road had a pair and he said they were almost as good as the carbons and more durable/less warp than woodies.
Also, he told me 315's are good for newbie's (like me) as it gives slower response for learning hovering and slower turns.
325's (apparently) will give you more response/quicker turns, as A.Finn said, when doing more advanced flyin.
I choose 325's (even as a newb) as I beleive more lift = less throttle = longer battery. I did a 12min hover today, on an 1800 stock battery (in windy conditions) and afterwards the cells read 3.73/3.71/3.74. Happy flyin!

It is 2.25 AM here right now and I am trying to get my 7 week old baby to sleep, sitting in the sofa with her on one hand and slowly wrighting w. the other :happyd
Thanx to both of you, I'll order one pair 325 woodies and one pair of fibers (stock will determine lenth).
I'll give you an update when I have had a chance to try both!

Actually i have found the 315's to be more responsive but not as stable as the 325's. Thats why i prefer the 315's. But for a more stable or easier hover the 325's is what i'd go for.
Lol,just read your post about the baby. Been there done that, enjoy her at the age they grow up to fast.

I agree with Tom. 325s more stable. Only had one set, because of lack of availability of 315s. I now use Align 315 carbons and they are great. I've only ever broken one carbon blade, so I can also second Mika's opinion with regard to durability.
