Well not really this area but didn't know where to turn. i just built a flying wing and was wondering how do i program my 14 mz for it to work? i choose airplane flying wing but it seems like when i give it elevator i am get right and left aileron and when i give it aileron i am getting up and down elevator. anyone know where i can go to find a program? first plane i built in about 10 years

thanks

think it is figured out. might be a bug or just my stupidity. in the radio under servo monitor when i give right aileron it shows both channels going the some way. like elevator. but when i give elevator it shows both channels going opposite way like aileron.

When giving aileron on the stick, it is most likely that the servos should rotate the same direction (viewing on the radio) since your right/left servos mechanical setup usually is mirrored compared to each other.

If that is not the case, and you get the problem described in your post, simply reverse one of the servos.

when give aileron both servos move oppossite directions and when i give elevator they both move the same direction. this works fine on the plane i have. but when i go to servo monitor and do the same thing i get different results i give aileron and both channels move the same way and when i give elevator they both move oppossite.

The servo monitor screen does not know what "up", "down", "left", or "right" is. It simply knows which direction the servo moves. How that relates to what the surface is doing is a matter of the servo installation and linkage geometry. I would NEVER try to set up anything based on the "direction" of movement in the servo monitor screen.

If your servos and surfaces are working correctly, forget about what the servo monitor screen shows you.

i get what your saying but the servos move the same way but in the monitor the move oppossite ways. then in the monitor it shows them mmove oppossite and they actually move the same way. they are side by side so linkage is't an issue. just think it is wierd.

Forget the servo monitor.
The servo monitor is of no use at all for getting the control surfaces going in the correct direction.
If you have set up an aircraft where the sevo monitor happened to reflect the model control surfaces, you are lucky, go buy a lottery ticket.

As was mentioned above you need to reverse one of the servos and then use the setup menus to get the direction and throw correct.
