Anyone using the Pletty 300/30/A3 with Future 32.55K? I'm having trouble getting the temp down under load. I'll give the 13t pinion a try next., have the 17 right now(I suspect that's a problem).. using the counterbearing with no change. It gets blazing hot till ESC shutdown at 200f after a few minutes.
It's got to be something easy.., there's no binding.., gear mesh is fine.
I have to keep my HS down as I'm using 615RT blades and will haul AP gear around with it asap. right now I'm at about 1850., I've got a good tach and temp gauge.., motor should be hotter than ESC but they're equal temp + or - a few.
The ESC is acting like it's backing up the heat from the pack., like I'm not dialed in at the thr curve., OR pinion size.., ??? I'm afraid to roast my expensive set up .....
