July Monsoon over Scottsdale, AZ

We had a fantastic looking monsoon thunderstorm roll over the Scottsdale area right around sunset. Couldn't resist shooting a pano. Check out the beautiful looking rainshaft coming down through the blowing dust.

OT: I saw your name, for a 1/4 second, on Beyond Tomorrow tonight during an episode on eMachineShop.com. They quickly scrolled down a page that showed your experimental airplane parts.

cool. I did some telephone interviews with Wired magazine, NY Times, and Maxim that were published about 3 years ago regarding eMachineShop.com. I had no idea there was TV episode of Beyond Tomorrow about them. Cool. Thanks for the info. I'll see if I can look for that episode.

They were a great source of machined parts for prototypes a few years back but they changed their pricing structure afterwards and I do not use them any longer. WAY too expensive for one-offs or short runs.
