Has anyone had this problem ? my seesaw holder is binding when I secure the bolts to the main rotor housing . What can I shim this with ? I went to the hobby shop and could not find anything that fit . Any help would be great .........

I had the same problem. The best that I could conclude was that the bearings may not have been fully pressed into the cups on the see-saw or simply machining tolerance stack-up. Here was my solution which worked very well but proceed with care. I placed my see-saw in a vise and using wooden jaw pads to avoid surface marring, gently squeezed the width. I made 4-5 iterations to make sure I didn't go to far and it is now perfect. Completely free with no slop with the shoulder screws fully tight. You could do some serious damage if you aren't careful, though.
I'm sure someone out there is going to think that this wasn't a good approach. I'm hesitant to disagree but it worked great in my build. Now if I could only get back from work travel and finish my new bird... :(

Yep, the bearings aren't pressed in completely. Once you do that, it is silky smooth.
