Is a 3050 ok on the throttle

Is the futaba 3050 ok to run on the throttle?
I am running the ar7100rwith the limiter activated. ( not running servo directly from lipo voltage )

Or is this too slow for the throttle? What speed should I be looking for if this is not correct.?
