View Full Version : Anyone using the hitech 5000 gyro/servo combo

I was wondering if anyone has tried the hitech 5000 gyro servo combo? Or is the servo to big for this heli.
I have one on my trex 450, and I am thinking about switching it to my gaui instead.
Any tried this?

I believe it's the same as the the logitech 2100/3100 combo.

So you have to setup this gyro in rate mode.

Im pretty sure the servo included is just too big for the little Gaui. When I get home Ill compare my futaba servo with the hitec thats on my 450.

Thank let me know what you find with the servo size. I thought the servo might be too big, but wasn't sure.

3100 servo is small enough gor the Gaui, i have it on mine.
Dont know about the Hitec.

Actually I think they are using the hitech servo in the new rcheli mag review of the gaui
