the fixed length links you've got should be approx 45mm,35mm,30mm center of hole to center of hole. do yours match that.so the lever to swash ones should be the 45mm ones

You should be able to raise the swash up with the pitch stick......even if you haveto go to max pitch....
What exactly do you mean it won't go "under" the swash....do you mean with he stick set at the middle...?
will it go under at all if the pitch is raised?
can you post a picture?

You still do not have the swash at zero.....we can tell by the position of the two arms....move the swash up by hand....and put the toll underneath....
both control arms are to the below zero position. The elev arm should by straight up and down....and both ail arms should be perfectly level with the metal bracket holding them on.....
The arms just above the swash...washout arms....should be "perfecetly in line with each other at zero....move the swash up till each end of those arms lines up with the other.

take the fixed length links off the head and put the swash tool in place. you should be able to move the swash up and down without the fixed links in place. if it still won't move up enough to put the leveler under it, then you might have a bent main shaft or bad swash

Glad you got it sorted out....did you have the swash too low and the two little pins were not lined up with the holes....so the swash could move up?
What was holding it from going up?

i have no clue what was holding it ,i just got it and did nothing but take it out of the box ,

well glad you got it sorted out, BUT make sure that swash moves VERY EASY...because if it got hung up once....you wouldn't want it to happen in flight.

From what I can see on the picture, your using the flybar lock, not the zero alignment tool under the swash? The zero tool is two pieces of carbon with a metal rod inbetween.

No, the RH one is three pieces of CF you glue together to make a 3 sided box.

I had it happen where the pins run into the washout. Luckily, I had removed the main gear (after an arm chewing episode) and the shaft was free to move up and down. When I went to raise the swash, the whole head assembly and mainshaft raised as well. This caught my attention real quick. I found the pins into the washout were not in the holes. A slight (no forcing here) twist of the washout, and it jumped right in place. The swash now moved freely on the shaft allowing me to get a full range of pitch and also to set my swash level using the zero alighment tool. Problem fixed!

Really Glad you got it sorted
Just be 100% sure the swash cant bind again on the main shaft
May want to consider changing the main shaft for a new one just to be on the safe side
Good luck with the rest of your set up
