So I decided to join your family and order a 200SE. I just picked it up from the post office and man this thing is sweet!! I can't wait to get her built up. I noticed on the belt and the belt rollers, there is something wet on them. Is this a type of belt lube or something? Has anyone else seen this when they got theirs. Not really too worried about it since I can just clean it off, but I was just wondering. I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy this heli. :YeaBaby:

Mine had bearing grease on it.. I soaked my belt in a little bit of WD-40 just like my t-rex and the belt will last a little longer and be more, you know, nice.. :)

Its silicon.. leave it on, DONT use WD40 as it will attack the belt.. respray periodically with silicon oil spray, and you should be ok .... enjoy

I've used WD-40 (light amounts) and this silicone spray and NEVER ever had a problem with either.. I'm speaking from experience and actual usage for several months... But, the choice is yours.. There are more than 2 ways to skin a cat.. Just depends on how bald you want it..

I like cats.. I'd never spray one with WD40

sorry for the late acknowledgement, I've been building :YeaBaby:. Thanks for the input. That's pretty cool of GAUI to take a precautionary step in lubing the belt for us. Almost done, should be in the air tomorrow :clappp. Hope I don't have to do too much tweaking.

You will, but once you're done it will be really sweet.
