Extra Flight Time

Few days ago, I added 3 piece of heat sink(from damaged ESC) to my Hobbywing 30a ESC. These two days I found that my Lipos gave me extra 1mins+ of flight time before it drops to 3.75v +-. I flew 4 packs of 2200mah Lipos non-stop and the ESC was barely warm. Basically now my 30a ESC have 5 heat sinks and a 3a UBEC.

Is it just my illusion or reducing heat does gave better fight time?

REducing heat on the ESC gives better flight time yes... The cooler you keep your ESC the more efficient it can run.
